THE DOCTOR AND THE SHEIKHS' DEBATE

"...Abi Saeid Khadri said: We were sitting and looking at The Messenger of God. So he came to us. The lace on his shoes broke. He gave the shoe to Ali and said: Henceforth there is a man that is combatant towards the interpretation of the Quran just like I am. Abubakr said: Is that person me? He replied: No. Umar said: Me? He replied: No, that person is the one that is sewing my shoe."

They read the Quran quietly and make no sound. They get distant from Islam just like the bow and arrow. They look at the wooden part of the bow and do not see anything. They look at the iron part of the bow but do not see anything. So they will move ahead from dirt and blood to find something and their signature is a black man that has a prominence on his arm like the chest of a woman. They will exert from the best of man.

Abu Saeid said: I vouch that this is a true Hadith and I heard it myself from The Messenger of God. I vouch that they fought with Ali Ibn Abitaleb and I was with them. So he ordered to find a man with the same description so he could meet with him and they found the exact person."

Appendix Two: The Book of Virtues of Ali Ibn

Abitaleb

This appendix is from sections of the book of Kanzal Amaal Fi Senin Va Alqaval Va Al Afa'al.

This book was written by Alaudin Al Motaqi Ibn Hesaamudin Hendi, one of the greatest Sunni Scholars, which was used as a reference in the debate with the Sheikh.

Introduction

The author has written at the beginning of the book: I have let go of the skin of the Hadith's in this book. What I mean is that I have left out the initial narrators and have only mentioned the main Hadith's. Even further I have eliminated the initial parts of the Hadith's that start explaining the story and have just mentioned the parts that have been relevant to the subject for instance here we will be using it to mention the virtues of Ali. The Author has also completely withheld mentioning any sources or the chain of transmissions used and has only stated one source by using abbreviations. He has expressed the wish in trying to simplify the use of the sources by doing so. Here are the letters and the codes used for the chains of transmissions:

The Author of the book is Kanzal Amaal Fi Senin Va Alqaval Va Al Afa'al. The book is written by Alaudin Al Motaqi Ibn Hesaamudin Hendi deceased in 1596 A.D. He narrated (some are repeated) 46000 Hadith's in this book. Part of it is related to the virtues of the four Caliphates which we will not be analysing. I wish to point out that Abubakr has 42 Hadith's, Umar has 87 Hadith's, Usman has 85 Hadith's and Ali has 197 Hadith's cited from the Prophet and Hadith’s related to Ali are completely different from the Hadith's that have been mentioned from the other three Calipha’s, which you will see for yourself.

"Henceforth I have put here for myself. You are my brother and I am your brother and if anyone argued with you tell them: I am the servant of God and the brother of The Messenger of God and no one can claim this after you unless they are fraud"
